WILD ELEPHANT SAFARI
Reawaken your true self and reconnect with nature in the Ulu Muda tropical rainforest in northern Peninsular Malaysia’s Kedah state. Our eco-lodge, located 14km away from civilization, has only 14 rooms and is committed to having a low environmental footprint. It also serves as a Field Research Center, which seeks to raise awareness of the importance of this special forest and encourages research. On your Ulu Muda Elephant tour, explore the jungle trails, rivers, limestone hills, caves, and salt licks while you enjoy boat rides and observe the wildlife. Rediscover the beauty of nature and the joy of being alive.
The forest eco-lodge is managed by a collective of conservationists applying sustainable tourism, scientific research, nature preservation and advocacy. The Lodge has as minimal an ecological footprint as possible. In the end, we would like the Greater Ulu Muda Forest Landscape to become more effectively protected and managed. Moreover, we make sure that local communities are profiting from our activities, such as the Ulu Muda Elephant tour. We would be grateful for your assistance in the conservation of this precious and magical place.
